Can into Imperial Pint
Look: Clear gold straw yellow. pouring a 1/2 finger head which quickly dissipated into a ring with lacing
Smell: Hint yeast, doughy malt, citrus, grassy hops
Taste: Some hop bitterness. Doughy malt. Weird hint of burning rubber in the aftertaste
Feel: Light medium body, gentle carbonation, crisp
Overall: I hope this is just a back can. Had high hopes for this one

A Tavour Treat. Pours a gold color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma of floral and pine. Taste is tangy. Crisp and dry. A good springtime brew.

Enjoyed a pint as beer #1 at Whippoorwill Farm 4-16-22 for $6.50.
This is a solid clean Maibock that offers a clean taste profile that does not offer up a whole lot phenolicly but has a very clean finish. Is a nice lager if you are looking for something like this. I did as i do not see much in lagers outside of pilsners any more so i usually will jump on one when i see it. Enjoy if you are able to try!

Diving into a 16oz can while I wait out the latest "Blizzard of the Century" here in southern NH.....
It's a rich, slightly hazy medium-golden color. Has steady, energetic carbo racing topside, towards the fluffy, rocky, off-white head. The foam lasts well, with nice lacing left behind. Has a bready, malty nose, with some crackery action and mild pale fruit. The feel is pretty smooth, overall, with a body hitting the middle range of medium.
The taste falls in line with what I'd expect a Maibock to be... Slightly sweet with bready, crackery notes, plus some cookie dough. Has subtle, mild notes of pear and green apple, with a smidge of florality in the dry finish. Not a killer Maibock, but solid nonetheless. Prosit!

Pours darker than expected for a maibock, but with a nice full finger of head and strong aromatics. Leans on the sweeter side, with plenty of bready malts and whiffs of wildflowers, honey and straw. Occasionally some crisp pilsner-like notes on the nose and old-world hop accents on the midpalate.

A pour into a pint glass reveals a brilliant, light pale color with a delicate foam that disappears quickly. A moderate carbonation and aroma of faint apricots present to the senses. A clean, quick taste fades quickly and without issue or assertiveness. This is a unassuming Maibock, an average take on a traditional flavor. Drink on May Day and keep cold, as the notes change subtly as it warms.

Mostly clear amber with a thick white head and light lacing. Getting aromas of apricot, caramel, light floral and ester notes with sweeter grains. Taste is more botanical than the smell let on: spring time grass, flowers, leaves and pollen dance on the caramel malts, light cracker emerges as it warms. Feel is malty yet bright and sneaky sturdy, easy drinking on a warm spring day. The wife liked it
