Mashed with local barley from Riverbend Malt House and flaked oats. Fermented with our clean and crisp house saison yeast blend. Injected into the fermenter with one whole actual ton of New Appalachia. Feremented again on the peaches until bone dry. This quenchable and crushable fruit beer has a lovely peach skin aroma that follows into the taste.

L -- Unfiltered pale straw body with a few floaties of fruit particulate in suspension. No head retention or lacing whatsoever, looks like a cider
S -- Fresh peaches, very light yeasty funk, wheat. Simple, straightforward, and very pleasant
T -- White peach, lemon essence, crackery grains, rosewater, apricot. Very clean
F -- Light mouthfeel, well carbonated. Extremely quaffable and refreshing. Maybe a hint overly carbonated
O -- Fonta Flora is rapidly shaping up to be my favorite brewery of the year to hit distro in MA. I love their creativity and commitment to supporting local industry

Pours a hazy light orange with high, thick foam.
Smell is fruity a bi yeasty with notes of peaches and pears.
Taste is fruity and mildly tart. Notes of peaches, yeast and some apricot. A hint of bitterness and a dry finish. Very refreshing.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, does what it says on the can, refreshing and crushable.

A: Pours a relatively clear pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate straw yellow + pale lemon yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall fizzy foamy bright white head that quickly reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of pale + oat malts with a light hint of grainy sweetness as well as slightly stronger than moderate aromas of slightly spicy/peppery saison yeast and very light aromas of lemon citrus. Light to moderate aromas of slightly sweet peaches.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of pale + oat malts with a light hint of grainy sweetness. That is followed by very light flavors of lemon citrus and moderate flavors of slightly spicy/peppery saison yeast. Light to moderate flavors of slightly sweet peaches towards the finish. There is a light lingering flavors of peaches and saison yeast.
M: Light to medium bodied with slightly heavier than medium amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp with a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink and enjoyable with a really nice blend of saison + fresh peaches without having any artificial peach presence or sweetness. Definitely would have another of these.
