Collaboration with Free Range Brewing
Crafted with local barley malt and a pinch of wheat malt. Fermented cool with our preferred saison yeast blend. Conditioned on a delicate amount of chamomile flowers and aged hops. Circulated through sight glasses out in the sun for an experimental “skunking” affect.

I mean this in a good way - to me, it tastes like good bath water. Like, there’s something soapy about it, but I’m taking something that Candice Swanepoel bathed in. And the it’s all floral like a Valentine’s Day that didn’t have a massacre.
Love her. Love him. Love.

Canned on date smudged on the bottom rim of the can. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Slightly hazy straw yellow with short-lived small white head with no lacing.
S: Sharp vegetal and burnt paper aroma with light fruit esters.
T: Flavor is also just as sharp although there are floral esters and herbal floral component as well. Strong clashing flavors with tea like heavy tannins and stable tobacco and floral character combined with earthy yeast notes.
M: Dry dry dry with light body but undercarbonated, probably due to the light body to prevent it from being too biting and watery.
O: I did not like this beer as the floral chamomile and sharp tannins of what I presume are the aged hops clash strongly and unpleasantly.

CANNED ON 9/14/18
Lightly hazed yellow gold with a creamy white head. Smells of oatmeal, hay, and subtle earthy flowers with a little rustic funk to it - not as "dirty" as some other FF farmhouse beers I've experienced. Very similar flavor - nice soft Belgian yeast profile, a little herbal dankness on the finish. Light and pretty crisp - could use just a bit more carbonation, but it's still damn refreshing. No Bretty funk or high acidity or overwhelming yeast esters...just a delicious, simple Saison. I like this one a lot!
