Appearance: Arrives fairly clear with an orange tint; the impressive head leaves clumps of lacing
Smell: Funky, with grainy tones and a tart lemon aspect
Taste: Acetic tart lemon tones forward with a lot of funk developing through the middle; lemon rind, white pepper and sage tones emerge; grainy elements are noted underneath
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A really interesting Saison, with the farro and bulgur making a subtle impact; tarter than aniticipated and very funky
