-cloudy, peach colored bottle pour with almost no visible carbonation and an aroma of lemon-strawberry wild yeast funk. The flavor is very tart and follows the nose. There is a lot of lemon and the strawberries are notably present. The flavor profile is not complex. I am pleased to have the opportunity to try this.

Poured from a 750ml labeled batch #1 July 2018 into a red wine glass. Pours a hazy pale sunshine color with a small cluster of big bubble carbonation clinging to the edges of the glass. . Faint notes of strawberry and some barnyard funk. Thin bodied and flat, a slight tartness darts over the tongue to the back of the throat with a finish that rapidly dissipates. Overall, this beer could use more punch - more carbonation, more strawberries, some dry hopping... I loved the concept, it just needs a little more to make this a repeat purchase.
