Nearly no head and the remaining bubbles hug the glass tightly. No lace. Dirty gold color and nearly clear.
Peppery and spicy smell (oregano, sage, a touch of licorice?). Interesting and inviting.
The flavor reminds me of a soured toothpaste. There's an element of mint to otherwise tart flavor. Full bodied, below average effervescence. The finish is sour with a touch of the spices mentioned in the aroma.
