Pours a straw gold, slightly hazy. A finger of head dissipating quickly to a thin white ring. No lacing to speak off. Smell is malty, bread dough and tart apple and lime juice. Taste is baked bread and tart citrus, some hop bitterness on the finish. Feel is velvety smooth but sharp carbonation and very refreshing. Good beer. Would drink more.

Look: It pours golden and clear with a white head. head retention is moderate.
Smell: It has a biscuit aroma with light fruit notes most like apple.
Taste: It has strong biscuit flavors with a bit of bread crust. There are some apple notes.
Feel: It has a medium light body with a moderately bitter finish. The finish is also a bit dry as well.
Overall, the biscuit and bread crust elements are well defined. This is an easy drinking beer which can be drunk in quantity.
