Appearance: Pours pitch black with neither had nor lacing; leggy
Smell: Slightly charred dark chocolate with Apple Brandy prominent and the Sherry complementing; a lot of oak in the aromatics
Taste: The Apple Brandy flavor powers forward from the outset, with the dark chocolate and Sherry flavors rounding out the impression; Brandy and caramel sweetness builds, after the swallow; a bit boozy in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Thick mouthfeel with no carbonation
Overall: The combination of the Apple Brandy and the Sherry makes for a complex Imperial Stout; quite impressive though I would like just a little carbonation
