Pours a very pale, watered down Mountain Dew color with strong effervescence and almost two fingers of bright white head.
Belgian yeast and a strong floral aroma. Maybe a distant touch of lemon-lime.
The taste follows fairly closely, but with the light citrus tartness cut by a much stronger cheesey funk. Light minerality in the finish.
Light to medium bodied with strong carbonation.
Honestly, a bit funkier than I expected or really want right now. Still, a well made and fairly easy-drinking beer overall.

No can date, just a code
Pours a super over excited 3+ finger head that forces me to stop pouring the 12 oz can early, good retention, a bit pillowy and rocky, fair lacing, very hazy cloudy pale orange color
Nose oh yeah Brett funk, farmhouse and a bit barnyard, grassy and hay, a touch fruity with some citrus and a little lemony tart character, a bit of fruity cereal, light flowery dandelion
Taste brings more of the Brett funk, farmhouse funk with spices, barnyard funk with wet straw and hay, some tart fruity citrusy notes, grassy, almost juicy hay and straw cereal mash, some mild bitterness with floral grassy hops, a bit of a flowery floral dandelion, finishing quite dry with more floral bitterness and flower flavor
Mouth is med bod, carb on the higher frothy side
Overall a nice beer, great Brett funk, some fruity citrusy notes, nice dandelion characters, good hop, everything is great about this beer
