Thanks, Nick!
Was lucky enough to get this beer and a bunch of others from Nick on a recent work trip to Colorado Springs, Colorado. Untappd description was just an “American Lager."
Poured a clear straw color with two fingers of frothy off-white head. Could see plenty of bubble streams coming up from the bottom of the glass at different speeds. Decent watery lacing. Below average retention. (Sight - 3.50)
Smelled graham cracker, honey, vanilla, grass, yeasty white bread, hay and Wheat Thins. A little better out of the can. (Smell - 3.50)
Tasted about as good as the can. In order got graham cracker, honey, vanilla, peppery spice, Noble hops, yeasty white bread, grass, hay, Wheat Thins and brown bread. (Taste - 3.50)
Light body. Creamy texture. Lively-to-average carbonation. Abrupt, earthy finish. (Feel - 3.75)
Slightly underrated this overall but it was good at least. (Overall - 3.75)

Crystal clear yellow body with a white head. Smell and taste are the same: cracker, big lager malt, hint of corn, mild lager yeast, and a dash of grassy hops. Sharp and crisp body, thin and malty before the elevated finish, actually well made for a simple style. Solid lager all around, only for me it was hockey beer

Light, clear, soft golden body color; good carbonation; decent head, white and semi-creamy in texture. Fantastic mild cereal grain smell; wheat cracker. The taste mirrors and amplifies the smell; mild hop bitterness nicely complements the malt base; mineral presence. Medium body; crisp; light warmth permeates the beer.
Like Wiley Roots' 'Beer-Flavored Beer', this is a well-crafted lager. Highlighting the malt profile works well with this beer and makes it quite enjoyable to drink.
Poured at 44 °F; CANNED ON 09/27/21
