Poured from a bottle purchased at Rising Tide into a tulip:
Appearance- hazy straw-yellow with a nice, sudsy white head. Lots of little bubbles indicate a crisp carbonation and a light body.
Aroma: a tiny bit of funk, smells a little bit citrusy with some hay mixed in. Touch of green apple.
Taste: even-balanced and lots of crisp bready malt. Touch of citrus and lots of hay and grassy notes.
Feel: light-bodied and crisp with a short finish.
Overall: a solid saison, if a little light on potent flavor and aroma. Refreshing and drinkable, but I'd like a little bit more punch.
