Poured 10/8/2017 from a 32oz growler that was filled at the brewery on 10/7/2017, into a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a light gold color, with a medium off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains wheat, Belgian yeast, bananas, caramelized malts and some hops.
T: The taste starts out bready with flavors of wheat, Belgian yeast and a hearty but not too heavy malt character. Then some sweetness comes in from flavors of bananas, caramel and some citrus. The hops presence is good for the style and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly bready and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a solid beer to drink for a while.
