500ml bottle served in a tulip. Total gusher! Pours a lovely straw gold hue with a slight hazy to the clarity and a dense, two inch, bright white head. As the head slowly diminishes, delicate concentric rings ride the shoulders of the glass down to the surface. Nose expresses lemon, yeast and medicinal notes. Taste consistent with nose - quite interesting. Lovely hints of oak muddle with Brett. Mouthfeel is light in body with a lively, almost sparkling carbonation and a semi-dry finish. Overall, a very nice Farmhouse.
