Dry hopped Grisette.
Featuring some locally malted Pilsner malt from Stone Path Malt. Crisp and refreshing with subtle notes of honeydew melon and Orange Julius from the mall. Less peppery and more floral.

Pours a cloudy light straw yellow. Very cloudy, but not really fully opaque. Thick, pillowy frothy white head forms on the beer and lingers for a moment before slowly dissipating until just a thin layer of foam remains on the top of the beer. Lots of sticky lacing coats the glass as the beer is consumed. Aroma has notes of grain, some wheat, a touch of yeast, melon and some floral notes.
Taste follows the nose with lovely light hoppy notes of melon and citrus coming across over an underlying base of grain, malt, and pilsner malt. The yeasty notes come through with a subtle funk and a touch of pepper. It's kind of refreshing in its lightness. Feel is light to medium bodied, smooth, somewhat crisp. Bright but smooth carbonation.
Overall it's a lovely little grisette/farmhouse ale.

Pours with an enormous white rocky head that hangs forever and leaves gobs of foam on the glass. It a very pale yellowish color. The liquid looks like lemonade and is fairly turbid. Not a murk bomb, just hazy.
The smell is clean malt, very light almost undetectable spice, a bit of orange, Honeydew melon, and floral hops. There is a touch o' funk...
Well, it tastes pretty fine. Slight sweetness, obvious clean and crisp Pilsner malt. That little bit of orange becomes more obvious in the taste. Definitely get a melon flavor that tastes more cantaloupe to me. Very mild, slightly peppery spice and the overall hop contribution strikes me as floral and becomes more fragrant in the aroma after taking a taste. There is a bit of bitterness and just a touch of Brett-like funk.
The feel is light, slightly dry, quite crisp.
This is ticking all my boxes for a saison. Well-made, maybe a bit tame as far as the flavor intensity, but there is no doubt what this beer is all about. It is a nicely made brew.
