Very unusual beer. Pours a hazy golden color. Has a tart flavor but definitely a saison. Drinkable, light, good beer to order with a meal. Picked this up with brunch at buschenshank in Carroll gardens. I would order it again.

Mostly clear golden color. Lots of grain aroma, with some light summer fruit coming through as well. Yeasty bread flavor with a slight spiciness and a touch of citrus. Nicely carbonated.

From 07/25/15 notes. On tap at Gingerman in NYC.
Pours a hazy bright yellow color with one inch of white head and moderate carbonation evident. Lots of brett, citrus hops, oranges. Medium body and moderate carbonation.
Overall pretty good. Lots of brett which I love; one of their better saisons IMO.
