Collaboration with Parish Brewing Co.
The Ghost is back. It's been 2 years hiatus since we dropped Space Ghost with our pals at Parish Brewing. 2 years is too long for such an awesome beer. We decided to bring this one back with a bang and give everyone a triple dry-hopped version of this Galaxy-driven imperial IPA with Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka.

Growler into pint glass. Pours a murky light gold with a thick, foamy, off-white head. Great lacing. Initial impression is sweet and juicy citrus, peach, and a bit of spiciness. Mouthfeel is thick and smooth. Finish fades to a peppery sweetness. Very enjoyable. Could dila down the sweetness a tad, though.

Many thx to PhineasMcClintock for this can!
A - Opaque dark golden yellow color with thin, dense white lacing.
S - Spicy tropical fruit, peppery tropical fruit rind, fruity spice, papaya, and gooseberry. Overall aroma is really quite impressive!
T - Spicy fruit rind, papaya, gooseberry, papaya, spicy peach, citrus, resiny pine, and passionfruit while ending on the sweeter side with some resiny pine to counterbalance the sweetness.
M - Big pillowy soft body that's also chewy. There's some warming in the back of the throat but overall is minimal.
O - Massive amounts of spicy fruit and really digging this one.

No canning date. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a full and hazy dark yellow with a fluffy white head that leaves plenty of lacing. No floaters.
S: Ripe tropical fruits paired with dank, vegetal notes.
T: Very hoppy. Tropical notes of mango and papaya, candied citrus fruits and some herbal, grassy hints. Strawberries and white grapes as well. Medium sweetness. Bitter finish.
F: Full and creamy. Low carbonation. Slightly sharp.
O: You can definitely smell, taste and feel the extensive dry hopping, but it’s in no way overpowering thanks to its nice balance. Drinks quite smoothly despite its high ABV. Not as good as OHs best triple IPAs, but still a very good beer.
