For our 8th Anniversary IPA, we massively packed this Imperial IPA with our favorite hops from near and far. Features our hand-selected Mosaic and Citra hops from the pacific northwest along with Australian Enigma hops, New Zealand Motueka from our friends at Freestyle hops, and a dash of Idaho 7 originally bred in Boise, Idaho. Then, we topped it off with some next-level Citra Incognito and Citra Cryo for a soft and juicy, worldwide IPA. Here’s to another amazing year!

Hazy, yellow color. Medium-sized white head. Tropical fruits dominate the aroma. Juicy, moderately bitter, and easy to drink, especially considering the ABV. Well done!

A thick cloudy gradient with a deep golden hue
Smells of juicy citrus - mandarin orange, honeysuckle,
Complex, creamy, dank earthy flavors forward with zesty citrus on top. Quite tasty.
Robust, full-bodied, chewy, fluffy.

This is a spectacular beer. The pour is a creamy yellow with a substantial white head that holds up and laces beautifully. The nose is tropical fruit and citrus. The flavor is what is frankly, mind-blowing. It seems as though every sip taken brings a volley of flavors that range from mango, guava, pineapple, lychee and grapefruit. Almost every sip brings you something else--until the beer warms and favors grapefruit and dank resin. I'd call this beer masterful without question.

Pours an amazingly dense straw yellow color, appropriate head. Really nice hop aroma - tropical mixes with citrus. I get dank guava, bright pineapple, ripe mango, grapefruit and lemon zest. Big hop flavor, loads of grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, mango, dank guava, quite sweet but not cloying, ABV is well hidden. Thick and viscous with perfect carbonation. Overall a delicious ipa, drinks more like a double ipa than a triple ipa. Glad I bought a 4-pack, wish I had more.

Canned on 1/30/23; consumed on 2/21/23
Pours a turbid, milky pale gold body capped with just over a finger of creamy, white foam; solid head retention yields a paper-thin veil of cap, a thin, frothy collar, and comprehensive spread of chunky, soapy lacing covering the walls of the glass.
Aromas of lemon-lime spritz find increasingly swampy, dank resins as a bready malt undertone is established; boggy clementine fades to mushy white grape, while wet moss is enlivened by lime sherbet brightening the back end of the bouquet.
Taste shows orange pith and grapefruit upfront, with accents of lime spritz contrasting a bread malt undertone over the mid-palate as a sweet passionfruit dank characterizes the latter aspect of the profile.
Mouthfeel brings a body on the fuller end of medium and a moderate fluff of carbonation, dispersing creamy textures against a wispy hop twang as silky resins soften across the palate over time.
A weighty sample of haze, muddled in dank and coy in its deeper tropical presentations; a smooth offering, though lacking the pronounced expression expected from a NETIPA.
