A 10 year celebration IPA brewed by our team at our second location in the Finger Lakes. We went heavy with Motueka which has always been a team favorite and then hopped it with nice doses of Citra, Cashmere and Amarillo.

Pours an opaque, somewhat glossy dark orange body topped with multiple fingers of soapy, white foam; decent head retention leaves a wavy half-finger of cap, modest collar, and chunky rings of soapy lacing encircling the walls of the glass.
Aromas of boggy moss and sweaty resins are enlivened with lemon peel as touches of lime sorbet bring sweetness in flux with underlying mango zest.
Taste offers orange and lime peel upfront, while a glossy, resinous underscore sets a tone for grapefruit soda and muddled citrus zest over the mid-palate, leaving brighter tangerine sparking through the back end of the profile.
Mouthfeel brings a medium body and a fluffy, moderate-high carbonation, leaving silky resins into a vague prickle over the mid-palate as a distant hop twang invigorates juiciness through the back end and into the finish.
A zesty one-note of bright hop twang featuring ample citrus stimuli; one-dimensional yet soft and satisfying in structure.
