Science never rests, and so the noble work on our Imperial Vanilla Stout continues. We’ve aged this second release of Fundamental Forces for a full twenty months in a blend of exemplary bourbon barrels with Tahitian vanilla beans for an unparalleled floral, fruit-rich vanilla sweetness.

100 rating like George Burnes on a cigar - here we go. Large and in charge like Veronica Lake after a martini or three - let’s ride. More solid than Robert Taylor as Ivanhoe - god save the king.

For the 2021 version! Sweet and rich chocolate malty, hint of vanilla, and hint of bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a dark chocolate bitter, floral vanilla, and balanced boozy bourbon finish. A slight hint of age/oxidation can be detected on the backend, but this has aged/settled in extremely well for being about a year old. The bigboi booziness that you would expect at 17+% is there, but it is smooth and enjoyable...it starts to peek out a bit more as it warms. And, the mouthfeel is darn near perfect. Outstanding!
