Huge canned peaches nose right out of the bottle. Taste is lovely peach with a cereal grain accent. Carb is lacking but the body is smooth. This beer needs a tad more carb and a bit more yeast character to be Peche N Brett. The peach flavor and drinkability really shine. The cereal grain is slightly distracting but overall a tasty Belgian.

Look: Hazy yellow beer.

Smell: Smells like nice sweet peaches. Very peachy, with some nice bit of tart and funk.

Taste: Taste like peach or orange juice. Sweet, a little bit of funk, but not to aggressive, and ends with a very nice tartness on the tongue. Very dry, very light, leaving a nice peach aftertaste.

Feel: Dry, great carbonation.

Overall: A great saison with some funk and a TON of peaches. G8 bee.

Color is a hazy yellow with mild carbonation. Tastes like pineapple juice up front, then I get a boozy vodka taste that fades into the white wine. The mild peach flavor comes last. This beer has an identity crisis.

Bottle reviewed after 6+ months of cellaring. Rated it a 4 at FoBAB.
Initial fizz of foam when the bottle was opened, thin skim on the surface.
Light peach and yeast in the nose, not especially funky. Hazy golden orange.
Tart peach pit, cheese rind, light barrel tannins. Not as dry as it could be, lower carb but adequate. Overall it's a good first try, would like to see it develop more in the next batch.
