This one pours a super hazy and bubbly looking dark orange color, with a large fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like peach, orange, grassy funk, cloves, lemon peel, banana, and citrus.
This is just too highly carbonated. The prickliness of the carbonation kind of blocks out some of the finer complexities of the beer here. I can tell there's a solid saison underneath, with some light vanilla creamy flavors, stone fruit, rustic bitterness- leaves and grass, basically. Unforunately, the carbonation kind of deadens all of these flavors.
This is light bodied, creamy on one hand, and prickly on the other, with a higher level of carbonation.
This is not one of the absolute best from this brewery. I usually shill for them, but the carbonation was dead wrong here.

Try their other beers, but avoid this one. The others are actually pretty good.
Went to Four Quarters for a tasting over the weekend, and this was the first beer handed to me - it was really poor. Looked fine enough, and smelled rather normal, if not somewhat light.
The Belgian notes in this beer were too cloying - overly banana-y and clove-y, but bitter flavors and no funkiness or crispness. Completely lacking in any of the redeeming qualities of a good saison. Two guys in my group drain-poured this beer.
It just tasted dirty - like bad lines at an unclean bar.
