My first from Conshohocken, I went on their website and didn't find out enough about what motivates them. But for a twelve year old, they have done well with their strategy of opening brewpubs... now at four locations that serve varying sophistications of pub food and, equally important, provide a community gathering spot. Beyond that, their website seems mostly promotion. Despite their limited/focussed development, I give Conshy good Overall Hugs.
As for Ring The Bell, their flagship lager... On tap, it Looks average among American Lagers; a pale pale with foam that leaves no trace after a few minutes. Smells are mostly malt, but there seems a diverse enough bill. Tastes are well-balanced between a sweet malt mixture and sufficient hops. Almost medium-mouthed, but needs a few more bubbles to compete at higher levels in a bubbly style.
Glad I found this, but one should do it for me... unless it was available for lunch.

Ring The Bell American Lager shows a middle range murky pale golden - slight central upstreaming, this beneath a thin white head. Drippy lacework. A floral nose accompanies a smooth texture, which dovetails smooth and evenly, a non bitter first gulp. A clean cereal fizz presents itself that tastes pleasant, followed quickly forward by a carbonated release. Slow but the warming is adequate - the mouthfeel is easy - makes this brew of session quality. Likable, barely dry finish.

Pours a clear pale straw color with a finger of head. The nose has notes of morning cereal before the milk is poured into it. The flavor profile has definite cracker notes with something sweet on the finish. The body is fairly hearty for the style.

Had on tap. Could read a newspaper through it the yellow body is so clear with a finger of white foam. Smell and taste are the same: big cracker with crisp and thin lager malts, with light touches of grainy yeast, cereal, lemon pith and grassy hop. Body is light with higher carbonation, but the play between the hops and malt is satisfying, beyond that not much, easy drinking

Poured into a wide mouth grip shaped goblet: color is straw, slight haze, head presents a scant 1/4 inch and it dissipates quickly to nothing.
Smell is crackers and cereal grain, light grass hops.
Taste is more crackers and cereal grain with light hops that are herbal and neutral.
Mouthfeel is moderate/strong carbonation, moderate sweetness, low bitterness.
Overall a crisp and lightly sweet lager.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of malts, little else. Taste is malts, light lemons, refreshing and easy drinking. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.

Golden hue in color; mostly clear; white head, standard retention, nothing to write home about.
Nice pop to the nose; ritz cracker, hops are noticeable, not overpowering, lightly floral, grassy and some light pine.
Taste is cracker, leaning towards simple bread, little grassy, light floral and pine; nicely balanced.
Light body; quite crisp with good hop character; firm bitterness, mostly dry; malt does linger a little on the palette.

16 ounce can poured into a Duvel tulip glass. Canned on 7/19/22, so SUPER fresh.
L---Mostly cloudy, as expected, bright, light gold color. Fluffy, soapy head had very good retention and left beautiful lacing. A real looker.
S---Grainy, doughy aroma. Light hops spiciness.
T---Very nice flavor. Grainy malts, lemony hops, which was a little surprising.
F---Medium/full body. Almost a little creamy instead of the expected clean/crisp feel.
O---A little spotty, but overall, pretty good.

Completely acceptable, reasonably-priced lager. Maybe not quite as crisp and refreshing as I was hoping for on a June night, but I'm sure as shit not about to toss it down the drain or anything. This is workmanlike in much the same way as the street walkers I occasionally solicit for spit-in-palm tugjobs.
