Our wort is soured with probiotic bacteria that produces pleasantly tart levels of lactic acid. Once the baseline sourness is established, we take the wort through a normal fermentation just like any other beer, and condition this particular one on mango puree. Rim your can or glass with some Tajin seasoning for the real deal!

This beer is delicious. I opened it as a mystery can - no idea of the contents. It gave off a whiff of tropical fruit, light but unmistakable. The day I drank it was hot and muggy, so my first taste was a big one. Very refreshing for the heat & humidity,so I took another cold gulp, even better than the first. Mango puree was noticeable and appreciated. Light, not cloying, with just a hint of carbonization. Wish I had a 4 pak to myself! It's a winner in my book.

16oz can, served in a snifter glass. Pours a slightly cloudy golden orange body, one finger white head, short retention and no lacing. Smell is wheat, light lemon, mild lactic acidity, dry mango and tropical fruit sweetness. Flavour is a really nice combination of mild lactic acid, lemon and mango. The mango fruit sweetness is not subtle but it is not dominant either. It's a very smooth and exotic flavour. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, good carbonation, lots of mango flavours lingering on the finish, light lactic acid. Overall, a really nice mango sour beer, I really enjoyed this one and would love to come across more of this one as a more frequent drinker.

Delicious! It's a kettle sour and definitely finishes like that; has a great upfront fruity taste. You can tell there is mango purée in here. I am counting this as a serving of fruit in my diet.
