Blend 2, bottled on 8/16/17. Enjoyed a little over 4 years later.
Pours a clear straw-golden color, with a slight tinge of orange. Foam quickly dissipates. On the nose I get some of that horse blanket, a little strong funky cheese, and a light, lively character reminiscent of in-season stone fruit, pluots, perhaps? Sip follows the same, with a lively effervescence and a mellow tartness, given the age. Well done, and incredibly enjoyable.
