First time for me on this one. Pour had a couple inches of foam and came out a murky yellow with slight orange.
Smell was subtle wasn't getting much but it was crisp and clean smelling.
Taste was matched with the subtle smell; subtle but delicious taste, more notes on the backend. Finish was slightly dry and carbonated/bubbly.
Great beer here. ASB keeps knocking them out of the park.

Sweet, ripe, pineapple hoppy nose on this one! Taste follows with some trop-hoppy bitterness that has a bit of piney-ness on the back end...lingers a bit. It has nice depth and feel and feel juicy!

Picked this up on the way to the 2019 Firestone Invitational. Meant to have this for the share, but we ended up never having it. Description read, “Super Jacked IPA with all the Mosaic, Mosaic cryo and Simcoe hops. Hybrid ale / lager fermentation flexes the aromatics like Arnold in Venice Beach in ’78.” It had me at Mosaic.
Poured a hazy golden color with 3-to-4 fingers of rocky white head. Lot of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass at different speeds. Excellent spiderweb foamy lacing. World-class retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Damn. For maybe the first time every kept getting what I thought was hair on the smell, but I think it was static. Showed my wife and the same thing happened to her. Once I finally got into it I got Mosaic and Simcoe, my two favorite hops. Also pineapple, white grapefruit, passion fruit, tangerine rind, sugary apricot, Juicy Fruit and floraly perfume notes. Hops really came through in the nose. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted about as good as the nose, but got better as it went on. Very sweet. Got Mosaic, Simcoe, black pepper, floraly perfume, passion fruit, pineapple, apricot, white grapefruit and tangerine rind. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Juicy finish. (Feel - 4.25)
This beer really grew on me. Excellent overall. (Overall - 4.25)
