Back in June of 2017, we had the special pleasure of hosting the fine folks of Creature Comforts. Together, we combined a blend of German malted barley with stone ground grits & unmalted red wheat from Dayspring Farms of Danielsville, Georgia. After undergoing open fermentation in oak with our saison blend, the beer was transferred to neutral wine barrels with both of our mixed cultures where it rested for the next year. Careful blending and conditioning presents a beer with a delicate marriage of our cultures: bright notes of stone fruit, cherry, and lemon intermingle with leather, oak, and pastoral funk. From us to you, we present Atemporal.
