I sat on this for about three months after purchasing. Enjoyed around the 15 month mark, although I get the impression it could have sat much longer.
Pours with a generous amount of foam and a clear golden yellow color.
The aroma is beguiling. It’s floral and delicate, with notes of white grape and a spring meadow. On the palate there’s a light tannic character, and a gentle effervescence.
