Built on a foundation of 2-row & crystal malts, this throwback brew is dry-hopped with the classic “C” hops—Cascade, Centennial, & Chinook. Bright aromas of freshly cut pine & zesty lemon rind transport you straight to the heart of the Pacific Northwest.

On tap at Alvarado Street Brewery
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Resinous spicy pine, zesty ripe citrus, hints of stone fruit, light floral notes, slightly biscuity bready malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous pine, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, and a tangerine, a little peppery spice, subtle underlying stone fruit, peach and apricot, floral hints, bready slightly biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Takes some of the classic C hops and throws them into a modern style pale ale. You get all the classic notes, but in a nicely refined packaging.
