The pub went rogue on this one, pushing the limits of what a hop-forward beer can be. We started with Mosaic Cryo & YCH Citra Hyper Boost then layered on Mosaic pellets & YCH Mosaic Dyna Boost, & finished with a dry-hop of Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo, & a touch of Centennial. This beer is a love letter to hops.
