A – paler-amber, semi –hazy, minimal head when served from growler to oversized wine glass
S- fairly hoppy, strong floral aroma
T – hoppy, crisp, and refreshing. Not too fruity and very little spice. Hop flavor lingers.
M – light and crisp, dry
O – an excellent beer for a hot summer day

Nice light saision with a hint of citrus and herbs from the yeast and hops. Has some bitterness throughout but it isn't as spicy as your typical saison. Somewhat thin mouthfeel and leaves a bit to be desired. Would actually be pretty good on a hot day, but Farmer's Table by Kent Falls has more flavor for less ABV.
