Passion Fruit & Pink Guava Sour Dry Ale.
We’ve brewed a sour fruit brut with No Hops! Instead, it’s made with super dry malt alongside funky and tangy fruit. High levels of water minerals give this brut a unique mouthfeel and flavor. This new addition to our seasonals is perfect for those poolside days.

16 oz draft straight from the brewery (#3 of 4 in my flight)
*a 7% abv sour ale that tastes every bit of alcoholic as the other 3.somethings i had been playing around in this visit = trouble.
A: cloudy light yellow and a white bubbly head with super low retention
S: tropical light fruit (passion fruit & guava), bacteria funk love, and that's really it.
T: follows the nose spot on. no bitterness, next to no malt backing. sweet, sour, and fruity.
F: high carbonation, medium-light body. lush feeling with a light dry finish that coats the mouth
Overall (personal opinion):
this thing is BRUTal. ha. but seriously, that 7% will sneak up on ya, so look out. no hoppy bitterness or booze heat to hold you back from downing this bad boy. whether that's a blessing or a curse - i'll let you decide
