Not a style a usually drink. But hot all the right notes poured nice hazy yellow orangish. Taste was farmhouse funk with a bit of booze and guavas. The guava faded for me towards the end and tasted more like a normal saison. Mind you this was canned 8 weeks ago still fresh IMO. I would have liked less alcohol burn.

16oz can poured into a pint glass. Canned 3 weeks ago.
Nearly a perfect looking beer. Pours a stunning murky golden yellow color with a nice frothy finger head with lots of lacing.
Wheat and tropical notes on the nose. Some guava.
Holy Guava!!! The guava is incredibly dominant in this beer. Some citrus and cantaloupe, plus a wheaty malt flavor.
Feel is very light and crisp. Decent level of carbonation.
Overall a really interesting beer. I cannot believe how much guava they put in this thing, it was very surprising.

Poured from a tallboy into a shaker pint, the beer is a cloudy, hazy, pale orange coloring, with a foamy, low profile, clingy, white head. Aromas of sweet and tart guava, citrus notes, subtle berry esters, subtle spice, and a bready backbone. Flavors are fruity forward, rich in guava, berries, lemon zest, lime, and passion fruit, with a cracker and bread backbone, some notes of all spice, coriander, nutmeg, and pepper, and hints of farmhouse funk. Pretty solid palate, balanced and dynamic, all on a slightly crisp, dry body. The aftertaste is a blend of tropical fruits, tart and sweet, with a subtle linger on past the effervesced, crisp finish. Really solid beer.
