16 ounce can, dating is smudged so I can't tell what the canning date is on this. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head that stuck around for a while. There's also a good amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like coconut, hazelnuts, milk chocolate, cream and some roasted malt. For the most part the taste is the same as the aroma, but there's also some coffee and dark bready flavors noticeable too. Smells a little sweeter than it tastes but definitely seems like a dessert beer in general. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and easy enough to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a pretty good overall milk stout, definitely worth trying if you get the chance!

Thanks, Nick!
Was lucky enough to get this beer and a bunch of others from Nick on his recent visit to San Diego. Untappd description was a “Milk Stout brewed with milk sugar, hazelnut, toasted coconut, and milk chocolate.”
Poured a pitch-black color with 1-to-2 fingers of khaki-tan frothy-to-fizzy head. Could see just a few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Good foggy lacing. Decent watery retention. (Sight - 3.75)
Smelled hazelnut, toasted coconut, milk chocolate, chocolate syrup, caramel and hints of wood. Almost as good from the can with the addition of purple grape and blueberry. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted a little better than the nose. In order got toasted coconut, milk chocolate, chocolate syrup, Almond Joy candy bar, hazelnut, caramel and wood. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium-to-full body. Sticky texture. Average carbonation. Long, smooth finish. (Feel - 4.75)
This was a really nice beer. Seemed like it was better than what I rated it. Could drink all of this. (Overall - 4.25)

Black with a decent brown film/ring. Coconut and hazelnut dominate the aroma and flavor with light roasty and chocolate notes. Just OK balance; could use more chocolate and roasted malt. Fairly light and thin for 6.5%.

It’s very complex. I want to rank it higher but I think it’s a bit rough around the edges. I got immediate notes of tobacco. I immediately thought of cigars. And then notes of Oreos.

Canned 12/23/25 (now THAT'S FRESH!). Solid, well balanced milk stout with good mouthfeel; subtle coconut/hazelnut/chocolate/cocoa/lactose notes and a lovely lingering aftertaste. Sweetish but not enough to stun a diabetic at six paces. Nice aroma too.

Black color. Medium-sized, beige head. Chocolate, hazelnut, and roasted malt in the aroma. Soft, malty taste with notes of cocoa and moderate roasted bitterness at the end.

A - Pours out dark and solid, black with a light tan head, mild lacing with small bubbles and ropey broken lines.
S - Strong hit of coconut out front, a bit of dark chocolate and milkiness, and nutty notes of hazelnut.
T - The flavor out front is pungently coconut and hazelnut. The open starts with a chocolate current below, while a buttery candy aspect surfaces in the middle. The finish brings a drier chocolate bitterness, while the hazelnut and coconut linger as the rest of the flavors trail off.
M - Moderate weight, very subtle carbonation, and a clean enough finish to draw you back in for another swig.
O - This is a very good milk stout, and satisfying, too. A touch too sweet for my taste, but not so much so that it is not still quite drinkable. Glad I picked it up.

I was kind of shocked how good this was very smooth tones of Coco nibs and Baker's chocolate mixed with a little bit of dry coffee ending in a bit of sweetness with just a little twinge of hop bitterness to keep you coming back for more. Give it a try!

Pours a dark brown color with a minimal tan head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of caramel and chocolate. Taste is sweet vanilla, coconut and milk chocolate. Smooth and creamy. No bitter finish.
