Poured on tap into shaker pint
A: Creamy off white head sits atop a fairly black body
S: Dark roasted malts weak coffee some a little lemon
T: Lots of roasted malts, with a lemony funky taste interspersed throughout and then some coffee.
M: Medium bodied decent carbonation
O: Fairly hard to wrap your mind around this beer. It's a very heavy Saison that has none of the look or mouthfeel of Saison but some of its characteristics.

Awesome flavor profile, dry finish, sweet but not too sweet. Not too heavy, very easy drinking. Tried this at Colada in Ft. Lauderdale. Pairs really well with desserts or anything sweet.
