On Saison Day.... So from one of North American saisons' fathers, we get a rum barrel-aged rendition.
So tell me....... What has the world of farmhouse ales come to?
I guess, Toto, we've not in Kansas anymore.
In North American hands, the saison is no longer a beverage for farmers; but, rather, is great ground for experimentation.
But for today's specific Brave New World of barrel-aged saisons....
Maine with Love #12 is.... Balanced. Spritzy and smooth simultaneously. Always a pleasure to see saisons dark. But where were you all winter when I needed you?
