The visual appeal of the product is impressive, however, the absence of a discernible scent is noticeable. The slight dankness and grapefruit pith notes are present, but the overall aroma is rather faint. Additionally, the consistency appears to be somewhat thin.

Canned 4/22/24; tasted 6/1/24

Yellow gold body, totally hazy, no light gets through. One finger of large bubble frothy head, which leaves a cap on top after dropping a bit. Smell is grapefruit, orange, lemon, herbs, strawberry. Taste is citrus and berry sweetness with some lingering hop resin character in the back. Light to medium mouthfeel, very drinkable.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy peach nectar color with a two finger head; good retention with multiple shards

Smell: Dank, with shortbread malt and grapefruit tones

Taste: Sweet shortbread forward with peach flavors developing; through the middle, the dank grapefruit tones take over, driving home a moderately bitter finish that is still supported by the sweet malt profile

Mouthfeel: Meidum to full body with moderate carbonation

Overall: The sweet undertones stop short of dominance so the choice of using Simcoe hops was a good decision to offset the malts

Yellow in color with a hazy complexion. There’s an inch of creamy dishwater white on top. Heavy, soapy lacing is present. I’m smelling green onions. I’m tasting melon and cantaloupe. The mouth is easygoing and refreshing.

Thanks to FBarber for this gem, record in NBS BIF #17.
She's pretty. Turbid, brassy, and topped with a bountiful white head. Solid retention, gentle, layered lacing.
Nose pumps orange zest, tangerine, mango, grass, and some berry. A smooth grainy note chimes in as well.
The citrus is still there in the flavor but more berry comes in now, blueberry, underripe blueberry. And some resinous, almost oily drops come in as well.
Mouthfeel is somewhat fluffy & creamy, well carbonated, and finishes with a very light warming dank bitterness.
Overall, yes!

Packaged 4/11/23, opened on 5/8/23.

Very hazy, great head retention of pillowy white head. Smell is delightful grapefruit up front with candied citrus in the background. Flavor is fruity, but finishes too sweet, stopping just shy of cloying. Rating the second can here and it’s not as easy to drink as the first. Will find other homes for #3 and #4. Thankfully I know a couple guys who like their NEIPAs sweeter than I do.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy sheets of lace on the glass. It smelled of grapefruit, mango, orange and toffee. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
