The appearance isn't promising, semi-foggy burnt yellow, almost watery, with very little to no head, but for a fleeting bubbly off-white collar. Looks can be verrrrry deceiving.
Funky, woody and full of stone fruit. The oak is almost milky, while the nectarines are all kinds of peachy and juicy and candied craziness. Seedy cracker, mature yet balanced funk, complex herbality, on and on. It's extremely expressive in all aspects.
The body is medium and has a fluffy carbonation that comes to a dry finish.
This is seriously competing with de Garde's amazing Nectarine Premiere for the coveted nectarine crown.
