16oz can served in a SIP fest 2020 snulip. Dated 032020.
Pours hazy amber. Medium to high carbonation. Smell is tart, grapefruit juice.
Taste is nice -- oak, lots of grapefruit juice, something comes across a little bit orangey. Very tart, moderate grapefruit rind bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium to light, fairly dry. Overall, quite nice.

Cloudy yellowish orange body topped with a thick and creamy head, white and lasting. Bold scent of peach and over-ripe greapefruit; some barnyard funk; orange. Tart and tangy flavor; grapefruit and fresh tangerine; juicy and acidic. Medium-heavy body; strong and acidic bite; mildly creamy.
This sour exhibits ferocious yet ultimately extremely satisfying sour character and taste.

16oz can from Tavour. Deep, hazy golden, fizzy head. The wild yeast works quite nice with the grapefruit, melding into equal parts in the aroma. Sour wins out in the taste, tart, grapefruit peel. You'll be licking your gums for sure.

L: A dark hue like that of dried apricots, with a pillowy beige head that is long-lasting and leaves specks of lace behind.
S: Quiet lactic and dry with a touch of fruit behind a champagne-like presentation.
T: Mostly dry and tart. Pretty well balanced though with a funky undercurrent. Not too much. Not much of an aftertaste and reminds me of that bite from an underripe strawberry.
F: Good weight, not too thin and pleasantly carbonated.
O: A little one note for me and I’m not even sure what fruit I can compare it too and I guess that’s where it leaves me wanting. A sour for sourness. I will caveat that this is not my go-to style of choice.
