16oz can served in a big snifter. Dated 10.1.2020.
Pours a hazy pale yellow with an initially fluffy head that dissipates into a one or two millimeter dusty looking layer. Smell is lemon-tart, zesty, a little pith, some grass or leaves. Definitely some brett funk.
Taste is very tart, leaning in the lemon and orange zest direction, with a brett funk finish and a moderate almost piney bitterness, not overpowering at all. Mouthfeel is medium to light, dry and smooth. This is a nice beer.
