A blend of barrel fermented lambic inspired grist/hops fermented with Belgian farmhouse yeast then inoculated with lambic cultures aged for 11 months, blended with barrel fermented French inspired table beer aged for 9 months, then bottle conditioned for 5 months.

A- pours a clear golden color with a one-finger foamy white head that has great retention
S- peppery yeast, dried hay, barnyard funk, ripe fruit
T- barnyard funk, horse blanket, pear and peach, spicy yeast, some phenolic notes
M- medium body with low carbonation turns into a foamy mouthfeel that turns creamy into the finish
