The Time Keeper is our tribute to Oregon running legend Steve Prefontaine. This hazy IPA dry hopped with Citra, Citra Lupomax, Strata, and New Zealand Riwaka, shatters records for packing the strongest citrus character into an IPA. Brimming with explosive white grapefruit and passion fruit aromas, followed by sweet clementine and navel orange, it's Juicy, soft, and dangerously refreshing with zero bitterness in sight.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Green grassy resinous notes from the Riwaka, followed by juicy tropical and stone fruit and ripe citrus, with some biscuity malt and caramel sweetness holding things together.
T: Big juicy citrus, tangerine, grapefruit, and lime, ripe tropical and stone fruit, mango, peach, apricot, and passion fruit, green resinous slightly herbal notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate, bright.
O: Super tasty crusher that brings a strong punch of citrus and ripe tropical fruit, mixed with a little NZ flair. Can't say I pick up any of the Strata's usual dank herbal and strawberry notes, but I'm more than good with that. As my pint empties it's wonderfully bright just the way it is.

16oz can at Hops & Bottles. Hazy yellow pour, filmy head, rings of lacing. Fruity aroma encompasses tropical, citrus and stone fruit. Taste starts off with some tropical flavors, then a citrusy edge, fleshy stone fruit pulp after. Not too thick, but creamy, citrus zest lingering .

Glass: Pure Project 16-oz. snifter glass
Price: $5.99
From: Windmill Farms in Del Cerro (San Diego), Calif.

Misc.: No canned on date
Headed over to Windmill Farms to look for some new North Park ones. Was out of luck there but did come away with eight other cans. Untappd description was “Our tribute to Oregon running legend Steve Prefontaine, Time Keeper is a hazy IPA brewed with Citra and Riwaka hops.”
Poured a bright light golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy off-white head. Just a few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. World-class foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled big Citra and also the mentioned Riwaka. Also grapefruit, lemon zest, lime, citrus zest, pine and dish soap. A little better out of the can, reminding me somewhat of a gin and tonic. (Smell - 4.00)
Taste wasn’t quite as good as the nose. In order got Citra, grapefruit, lime, pine, Riwaka, lemon, dish soap, citrus zest, floral and hints of peppery spice. (Taste - 3.75)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Long, smooth finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Another good hazy IPA from Great Notion. May have slightly underrated this. (Overall - 4.00)

Cloudy golden orange body. Hazy pulp. Dank floral and resin, mild citrus and grapefruit, but has more of a wet hop feel to it. Medium sugary malt sweetness, relatively mild juice, more floral and leafy resin bitterness on the finish. Medim body, good carb
