BA Peanut Brother is a blend of stouts aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels for 29 months. We conditioned this stout on toasted peanuts and TCHO Ghana Cacao Nibs for a decadent peanut butter cup flavor.

Look: oily black
Smell: Bourbon, Barrel, Char a hint of vanilla
Taste: follows the nose with dark fruit with hints of peanuts & cacao
Feel: luscious and thick. Warm and smooth
Overall: a very nice BA Stout. probably
not worth storing because of the adjuncts. Shame it's so hard to come by.

Pours an imposing, pitch midnight-black body crawling into the glass, a gentle fuzz prodding an otherwise blank surface as a thin, frothing collar encircles and minimal-no lacing holds to the walls of the glass.
Aromas of fresh peanut butter cup meet prickly oak into dark cacao as wafts of bourbon warmth invigorate charry roast over time.
Taste brings creamy peanut butter cup upfront into melted dark chocolate and edges of creamy vanilla through the mid-palate as a char remains wispy through the back end and hints of oak tingle on the finish.
Mouthfeel offers a full body and minimal carbonation, with viscous textures guiding a creamy progression through the mid-palate as prodding roast pokes through into the back end and an encroaching warmth closes.
Straightforward decadence emits a peanut butter flush melding with dark cacao roast, with hints of barrel a vague accent to more evocative dessert textures; a simple and direct yet richly authentic profile.
