More flavorful than almost any authentic Mexican lager I've had with a crisp, clean, slightly malty flavor and just enough mouthfeel to keep from being thin. Very slammable indeed!

16oz can at share. Pale golden pour, clear, wispy head. Light malty, bready, biscuity aroma. Taste is bready, light. Easy on the palate, very refreshing.

really light and delicate and superbly well refined mexican lager here, has to be some corn in this, maybe just noble hops, so clean, lighter than the field in this space, even approaching immaculate, pure glory on a hot summer day, refreshing but not at all boring, and for all the love these guys rightly get for their flavored stouts and sours and hazy stuff, this really shows some competence in the brewery, downright fantastic take on the style, a favorite of the summer for me so far in this space. insanely light and with epic clarity, this really sparkles under its two inches of impossibly wispy white head. minimal nose, nice and crisp and tight, really light on the grain side but i can get a flash of that earthy corn character and light grassy hops, minor lime and lemon aroma at the end, and familiar fruity mexican lager yeast, really appealing. the flavor has more to it than the nose, the grain is light but not boring, freshness pops, light pils character too, minerals in the water underneath make it snappy. the hops are all on the back end, citrusy when its cold with a lime note, more white florals as it warms up, jasmine or something, subtle but cool, and then the lager yeast which is actually pretty prominent in the flavor mix, crisping and just a little doughy, really great balance here. the whole thing is so easy drinking, the body is nonexistent but this isnt watery in the least. its tidy and dry, expressive on the carbonation, and each sip sort of begs for another right away, i was so bummed out to only have one can of this. totally excited brew, clean and refined to a real high level, as refreshing and drinkable as they come, and it gives me a new appreciation for great notion, this is as good as any american craft brewer is doing with mexican lager right now!
