Will of the Gods was brewed in collaboration with the saison wizards over at Little Beast Brewing.
Columbus hops were followed by later additions of French Barbe Rouge and Slovenian Savinjski hops and finally dry hopped with aged Perle and Lemon Drop hops.
This beer is light but complex and and a perfect summer sipper.

Copenhagen 11/1 2023. 47,3 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Drawing of a Wizard struggling through a thunderstorm consisting of what looks like bubblegum in colorful variations.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 1,5 cm thick, fluffy layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with tart fruity notes and bit of earthy and spicy notes. Caramel and sweet malts. Black pepper, nectarines, citrus and a light basement touch.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sourish with a sweet tang. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid Saison.Tart, lightly spicy with a earthy, yeasty touch.
