This West Coast IPA was brewed together with the folks at Irrelevant Beer in Vancouver, WA. This IPA features three different forms of Mosaic on the hot side and dry hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Lupomax, Nelson Sauvin, and Strata.

Pours a pretty orange to gold in color. A fluffy white head has almost a milky texture to it. Bountiful head, good retention, light fluffy lacing.
Nose and flavor both put forward a lot of citrus along with hints of berry and pine. Overall has a nice green delivery.
Mountfield has a good level of carbonation. Just a tad shy of medium half. Finishes with a smooth, tropical meats citrus finish.
