Pils single-hopped with Perle hops grown in the Tettnang region of Germany. These hops bring a fresh herbal character with a lemon/lime, lime pith, black lime (let's say pan-lime) quality. Brewed once before in the earlier days of SFB and now canned for your at home enjoyment.

Pale in color, with nearly no head created. Sweet nose. Taste was malty with a bit of white pepper. Did get some bitterness on the back end, then poof disappeared due to dry finish. Great Pilsner

Appearance: Pours a clear golden color capped by a two finger head; good persistence and clumps of lacing
Smell: Grassy, lemon/lime and herbal tones with white pepper all waft above the crackery base
Taste: Cracker malt forward with the grassy, herbal tones building; a lemon/lime aspect develops, in the middle, along with a dash of white pepper; crisp and dry finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: A refreshing Pilsner that is just what I was craving tonight

Pours a lightly hazy golden with kinda pour head retention. Tastes of grapes and freshly cut grass. Some moderate bitterness and drying on the finish. Decent pils.

This is a very similar beer to Palatine, but its even better. Clear gold look, crackery aroma, the flavor is similar but adds a little herbaceousness with a touch of bitterness and sweetness. Even more flavorful than Palatine. Thick and creamy mouthfeel.

Can pour into a taster glass.
Clear brilliant yellow color with a frothy white head. Nose and taste is yeast, biscuit, grain, and lemon funk. Mouthfeel is crisp, effervescent, and creamy. Beautiful Pilsner.

Can from the brewery in Livingston, NY. Pours a clear straw yellow with a finger of rocky white head, nice lacing, smell is biscuity malts, funky grains, hint of grass, taste is lightly toasted sourdough bread, cereal grains, hints of herbaceous lemon/lime, grassy hops on the finish, feel is light to medium bodied, crisp carbonation, finishes semi-dry. A quaffable, grassy, bready trinket.
