A wheat pils brewed specifically for the good weather. Subtly hopped with an atypical blend of Styrian Goldings and German Saphir. A nice dry and pale beer with notes of kaffir lime, lime blossoms, and limeade.

Pours light golden lightly haze with a yummy froth head that evolves to tree truck laces down the glass. Aroma is earthy, lemony, picking up floral niceties. Taste is lemony, malty sweet with German hops keying in perfect balance. Feels soft, medium carbonation. Overall excellence!

16oz can served in a willibecker. Pours a pale, translucent yellow with a fizzy, bright white head that slowly sizzles and pops as it dissipates into a white dollop. Nose is clean, with light floral notes and a hint of lemon. Taste consistent with nose - light and delicate with a touch of malty sweetness at the finish. Mouthfeel is light in body with a carbonation just shy of crisp. Overall, extremely well-crafted and drinkable.

wonderfully good, and while its still the funky stuff im most curious about from these guys, their lager game cannot be denied, huge thanks to my brother for hooking up four different cans of theirs for us to drink through, i think this is my favorite of the lot, insanely bright and clean, flavorful and well hopped, subtle but also unique, which is the best way for these to hit, rooted in tradition but fully modern too, even with old world ingredients, so dialed in, wish i had regular access to their stuff, but especially this one! real light blonde this one, very faint haze to it but still well refined looking, high airy white head too, lots of bubbles, very light in body, very patiently lagered it seems too, crisp to drink, refreshing but interesting, a wheat based pils sort of loosely german, a cool style bender! aroma and flavor have great balance, the hops are herbal, earthy, and interesting to my senses, with notes of key lime, green melon, and lemon balm, gentle on the bitterness but still some snap to the finish, floral and pretty without being too intense, distinctive in this style i reckon. the grain is also awesome, fresh as can be, deeply earthy btu also super pale, light crackery character but cool rather than warm and baked feeling, not doughy or raw either, a gorgeous core for this to have. the yeast is somewhat rustic and somewhat old worldy to me, not totally familiar in this context, and as mild as it is i think it adds a lot to the flavor, not to mention the mouthfeel, bone dry and lightening quick to finish. really nice carbonation, a killer albeit somewhat mellow hop complexion, and a lot of contribution from all the ingredients, a world class take on pils, unique to itself, loves salty snacks, fatty cheese, and it goes down fast. looking forward to my next can of this one!

Pours straw yellow, fluffy 2" head with very good retention and streaky lacing. Nose is lemon, verbena, saltines; overall quite dry, but a little malt sweetness. Taste is light limeade, citrusy, bready, doughy, a little yeast sweetness. Finish is raw bread dough and on the dry side. Mouthfeel is super soft, a little full and coating, but not heavy. Another winner.

Can from the source.
A clear straw yellow with a dense, off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is crisp, snappy, a light biscuit note and has a wonderful floral hop character. A soft dough note is present too, with a mild wheat note. The palate opens clean and crisp with a blend of dough and firm lemony and mildly spicy hops. A floral hop bouquet is present on the mid-palate. Drying, clean, moderately bitter and oily finish. Fabulous mouthfeel, creamy and bitter with lovely texture. Exquisite.

On tap at the brewery, the beer is served in a 0.5L glass. The most beautiful pour I've ever seen, with several inches of towering thick white foam. Beer is an ultra-clear straw gold. Smell and taste are exceptional, just a fantastic lager. Wonderful beer.

Canned on 3/16/22; consumed on 5/12/22
Pours a clear, darker golden body topped with over a finger of fluffy, off-white foam; good head retention leaves a thin layer of cap, a creamy, moderate collar, and a near-comprehensive spatter of splotchy, webby lacing strewn along the walls of the glass.
Aroma presents lemony undertones into floral lilac, with the stability of wheat wafer fortifying a minerality over time and subsequently embracing musty straw, silo grain, and a subtle orange zest invigoration on the back end of the bouquet.
Taste offers a quiet lemon verbena note and soft florality, with shreds of minerality intertwined along with profile as the contrasts of musty straw meet clementine zest on the mid-palate and lingering silo grain delivers a subtle wheat heft on the back end.
Mouthfeel brings a light body with an ample fluff of moderate-high carbonation; a clean, crackery crispness is delicate beyond a snappy mid-palate, semi-dry and refreshing on the back through a quick, clean finish.
A compelling florality and delicate, zesty underscore guide this wheated offshoot of a traditional German Pilsner, compelled to softness by a persistent Suarez attenuation that leaves this lager quaint and enlivened by the subtlest of eccentricities.
