500ml bottle, dated 03.2022, poured into a stemless wine glass. Enjoyed on 12.15.2023, reviewed from Tasting Journal.
The beer pours a bright golden straw color, nice clarity with a fizzy white head that offers no retention nor lacing. The aroma is pleasant, lots of apricot skin, earthy pit, juicy, funky with nice floral and citrus qualities, and mineral water. The flavors are good, bursting with apricot, light lemon citrus, earthy peach pit, funky, oaky with pale grain and mineral water. The mouthfeel is good, coating, lively and tart lighter body, crisp and dry finish.
Verdict: A nice apricot beer from Suarez. Has some saison influences, maybe some wild ale influences, overall an interesting funky fruit beer.
