Domain fruit is our series of 'mixed fruit' beers, which combines different local fruit throughout the growing season. Blend #6 combines red raspberries, green gooseberries, and just a splash of black currant (all from the 2023 summer harvest). We taste notes of earthy rosé wine, forest floor, bitter strawberry, and raspberry fruit leather. 5%ABV

Cellared a year and a half. Murky orange body with a full white head. Aromas bouquet of mulled berries, peach, pear, and a kiss of black currant, with farmhouse yeast and wild esters. Taste I get the berries and stone fruit loud and clear, strawberry skin added in a light way, but the currant and pear is nowhere to be found, backing is the sour yeast. Feel is playfully sour, smooth, medium bodied.
