16 oz can
Pours melon pink, no head retention.
Smells of fresh berries and tart citrus over cracker malt.
Flavor is of tart citrus, green apple, fresh raspberry, lactic acid and cracker malts.
Light body, fizzy carbonation on the tongue.
A nice fruity beer, pretty sour and drinks very easily. Definitely worth trying, would have again.

Appearance: reddish with a light hue of brown, like an overripe raspberry. Little head remains shortly after being poured.
Aroma: super fruit forward; jammy, but with some tartness evident. Nutty like raspberry seeds. The aroma smells so fresh and natural. Inviting.
Flavor: very fruit forward just like the label says. The tart hits upfront – sharp initially - then fades into the fruit, which quickly becomes artificial tasting. Very 1-dimensional. The flavor near the end reminds me of a cheap alco-pop. The finish compromises what this beer could be.
Mouthfeel: thin; appropriate for style.
Overall: this was a good attempt, but the artificial flavor dooms it. I found it hard to finish the can. The first half of each sip was enjoyable, but the latter half made me want to dump it. No depth of flavor and no complexity. Obviously a kettle sour. I wouldn’t buy this beer again, nor why I try any other fruit variant.
